Obscure Italian designer. Top part is lined. The lace is synthetic. There is a black satin ribbon with a red tinged bow joining the lace portion with the upper velvet. Fabric is 72% cotton and various synthetics for the lace and lining. Side zipper with button closure on top. It measures Waist 28″ Hips 34″ Length to the lace portion is 18″ and the lace is 7″. Circa ? 1970s- 1990s. It is in very good condition. Made in Italy
