Description

This vintage machine art necklace features a spiral silver chain with copper tips, and discs between the thermoset white plastic beads. It is attributed to Jakob Bengel due to the design and use of galalith plastic. It measures 15.5″ long. The front beaded portion measures 3.25″. The metal is joined directly onto the outside beads. In between the beads, there are the chrome disc spacers, which are a notable part of the Jakob Bengel stylistic features. It has a spring lock clasp, and copper metal tips and is in good condition. Jakob Bengel pieces are for the most part unsigned.
