1920’s Necklace Featuring A Porcelain Rose Rhinestones & Metalwork

$495.00

Description

I have always cherished this necklace. It has been in the Quiet West collection for many, many years. After studying it closely I can see it is older than 1940s as I had originally thought. It has a Victorian era look to it, and the pink rose, along with open work painted leaves and metal work, places it in the early 1900’s. The porcelain rose and front portion of the necklace is in very good condition. The pendant portion measures 2.75″ x 2″. Some of the pearls are showing a few nicks but are not peeling. The joiners have some rust that can be seen with a loupe. Overall it is in good condition for it’s age. I cannot find another one like it on the Internet to compare it to. The overall length is 15″.
