Once again, we can credit this amazing piece to a Montreal designer
It has a metal side zipper and button closure. It is made of a heavy taffeta with two layers of micro pleating. It has a full circle sweep reminiscent of the 1950’s era. It measures Waist 26″ Length 29.5″. It is in good condition. Made in Montreal, Canada. The label has size 16 on it, but the waist is too small for a size 16 person.
