This two piece Missoni outfit is a rare find. Some references will tell you that Missoni Orange label is from the 1980’s but it is mostly from the 1970’s. One of the first vintage pieces I ever purchased was in 1974, a slinky Missoni Orange label dress. The fabric composition is 50% wool, 45% silk, and 5% nylon. The size on the label is Large. The top measures Shoulder to shoulder 15.5″ Sleeves 23″ Bust 34″ Waist 32″ Hips 34″ and Length 26″. It is a stretchy fabric, so there is give. The skirt has an elastic waist, no closures. It measures Waist 28″ Hips 34″ Length 39″. The skirt is lined. The top is not. The fabric has a narrow ribbing with a multitude of colours. It is in good condition. Made in Italy.
