This is one of the rare finds from Hugh Garber’s holiday line collection for the Margo Dress Company in Montreal. Gorgeous! It measures – shorts Waist 25″ Hips 34″ Length 33″ Lined. Waist might fit 26″. The dress is lined at the top. It has four covered buttons on each cuff and a row of fourteen covered buttons down the front. It measures shoulder to shoulder 14″ Bust 34″ Waist 26″ Hips have more room 34-36″ Length is 53″ Sleeves 28″ to drape over buttoned cuffs. It has a four inch wide band at the waist. It is in good condition.
