Description
This is a professionally made vintage dress with a full circle skirt, dolman sleeves and a wide collar. It has covered buttons with rhinestones at the centre. The fabric is a ribbed jacquard satin, which is an obsolete fabric, rare even on vintage dresses. Typical of 1930’s and 1940’s dresses, it has small shoulder pads for definition. The only thing that shows wear is the belt, with a few creases. It has a label Style 1763 Size 14. It has dolman sleeves, therefore the bust PTP is roomier, but the waist is fairly small. It has 3/4 sleeves with cuffs. It is unlined, and does not have fabric composition labels. It measures Shoulder to shoulder 16″ Bust 40″ due to the dolman sleeves. Waist 28″ Sleeves 23″ from the collar Length 48″. Size estimate is closer to 8-9.
