I had to look up the difference between alligators and crocodiles. The main difference is in the snouts. Alligators have wider snouts, and the crocodiles have the pointed longer jaws and snouts. They also have different colouring, but when they are made of wood, it’s a moot point! I also learned that a croc can weigh up to 2200 pounds. I am happy to have grown up in a country without these large reptiles. In this case, the larger one is a bit wider and heavier than the female version. It measures 11″ x 1.9″ across the midsection. The other one measures 10.6″ x 1.6″ across the midsection. Each one has two screws on the bottom so they can be hung on the wall.
