These are authentic used Pit Boss 1 sunglasses that are more than ten years old. PitBoss 1 sunglasses are no longer made. It has some scratches on the polarized lenses. Replacement lens cost around $60-00 – $100.00. They are not in the original case, and are in good, but not mint condition. Open to offers.
The PitBoss 1 sunglasses were made between 2009-2012, and have become highly collectible. This pair does not have rubber nose or ear guards, which helps to differentiate them from the PitBoss 2 line.
On the inside of the right arm, it reads “Made in USA”. On the inside of the left arm, it reads “03-304 61 then the O Oakley logo 19. The number 61, is the number given to the lens size in mm. On the inside left arm it also has ” PITBOSS” in black, all caps.
“The difference between Pit Boss 1 and Pit Boss 2 is that the Pit Boss 2 are not part of the Elite line, and have rubber on the nose guards, and ear guards. The following notation is from one of the Oakley forums.
