Description
Solid wood, intricately carved lidded jar featuring a floral pattern with vines and carved borders. The lid is carved with an angled leaf design. It measures 7.25″ tall. The diameter of the opening is 2.5″. The diameter of the bottom is 3.25″. It is carved in one piece, and is marked “Hand Carved in India” on the bottom. Estimated to be mid-century 1960’s or 1970’s. The condition is very good.
