1960’s Wrangler Jeans Converted Into A Pictorial Chapeau Maxi-Skirt

This Wrangler skirt was made in the 1960’s by professional seamstress Elsie Underwood. All of the appliques are cotton, and cotton corduroy outlined with embroidery. The hat is black cotton velvet. The back has geometric patterned appliques. The waist, and has the original Scovill metal zipper, Wrangler stamped button. The imagery is beautifully done depicting a woman holding out a round posy of flowers. Her green scarf appears to be blowing in the breeze. There is a Wrangler label indication size 15/16. It measures Waist 26-26.5″ Length 42.5″. Estimated size is 5-6. The Wrangler jeans were made in the US, and the artistic elements, and skirt was made in Canada.
