This Celine blouse is a large dot silk pattern nipped at the waist peplum style. A portion of the label has been removed so the full fabric content, and size is not on the label. It is silk and should be treated as silk. It measures shoulder to shoulder 17″ Bust 36″ Waist 26″ Sleeves 21″ It is 20″. There is a band on the back at the waist. With the exception of the size, and missing info on the inside label, the condition is good. Made in France.
