This vintage Moda dress is made of a heavy velour, and is lined. It is tiered with narrow lace trim on each tier. The front has velvet hand finished coloured appliques. The fabric composition is in another language. Japanese? It measures Shoulder to shoulder 14″ Bust 34″ Waist 32″ and has some stretch. It looks like a comfortable dress.
