Elegant hand loomed dress by Marni Knits, a company in Eastern Canada that made clothing for several high end department stores. This dress has a large cowl neckline with a plastic back zip that zips up to the top of the cowl neckline and folds over. It also has a drop waist with a matching rope style belt, and bracelet sleeves. Size 8. It measures sleeve length 20″ bust 34″ waist 28″ hips 34″ and length is 47″. It is in very good condition.
Marni Knits was established by a husband and wife team who met in New York during the depression. They soon married and moved to Toronto.
