Description
This beautiful blue velvet turban is tentatively placed in the sixties category. Turban style hats were stylish at the turn of the century, again in the thirties and then in high fashion of the the sixties. This hat has a deep crown with black satin lining. The bow at the front with the jet glass beads tops it! It is in excellent condition.
