Description
This blue velvet 1950’s hat could strike a pose for an art gallery. It measures 6 3/4″ x 7″. The bow at the front is 6 3/4″ wide with rhinestones in the centre. It has the side clips on the underside of the hat as well as an elastic to hold it in place. The condition is very good.
