Description
This large feathered hair accessory looks like it was adapted from a 1940’s hat. It is made of a circular arrangement of burgundy feathers, with black, flower shaped feathers, and a rhinestone button, adorning the top. The back is affixed with both pin and hair clip. It measures 11″ in diameter and is in good condition.
